Firstly,nak share gambar my students, at this school,there are only 2 forms namely form 4 and 5. Selection to enter this school is a bit tedious to mention here and today's entry is not about the selection jadi malas le nak ceritanye. Teachers or istructor must have teaching qualification and we follow very closely silibus from The MOE. Yang aku nak cerita hari ini adalah about English subject. Which, aku pun tak pasti samada cikgu-cikgu kat luar sana pun menghadapi masalah yg aku dan senior aku alami. The thing is, we have 7 classes for form 5 students and 5 classes for form 4 students. There'll be around 31-27 students in one class. Do you know how many English teachers are teaching? Oh, I should mention about the Diploma programme which we also have to teacher. There are three subjects; English Proficiency for sem 1, English for Academic Purposes for sem 2 and English for Professional Communication for sem 3.

Ok..here's the figure...we have 2 English Instructors to cater for all the purposes mentioned above. Well, we have to make do with the situation.Walaupun hati merintih-rintih tapi demi tugas untuk negara,bangsa dan agama, kami lakukan juga. Korang bayangkanlah..bukannya budak-budak ni cerdik pandai yang mampu berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik. We have to teach them from the basic(perkara biasa dimana-mana). Tak ke putus anak tekak mengajar?Oh, aku tak mahu merungut tentang kerja..apa yg aku sedihkan bila ada yg menganggap...kitaorang takde keje..tak sibuk. Walhal, lepas satu kelas, bersambung satu lagi.Start bercakap dari jam 0730 sampai jam 1410...we are not machine okey. Tu aku tak cerita lagi kelas tambahan dari hari Isnin sampai Rabu dari jam 2100 sampai 2300. In which aku balik kerja selalunya dalam jam 1800. Just imagine, banyak mana masa untuk diri sendiri? Masa untuk anak yg sedang membesar? Masa untuk family, kawan-kawan? Dan masa untuk aku buat assignment. Menulis entry ni pun in between menanti students datang untuk perjumpaan.Sadis kan?
